Cow Pitcher

Cow Pitcher

Way back in the olden days when I was growing up in Farm Land Illinois, Mom had a cow pitcher she would use to put milk on our corn flakes. I found the pitcher at my sister’s house after she died. I drug it home and put it on a knick knack shelf.

I saw it there the other night and thought it should be used. 😎 My wife likes cream in her morning coffee and makes up her cream from a dry coffee creamer the night before. She says it is more like real cream that way.

She had a really bad work week last week. She fell asleep trying to watch TV…made about ten minutes of the show and was out like a light.

While she was sleeping I got the cow pitcher off the shelf, washed it and put it in the refrigerator by her creamer. When she opened the refrigerator she had a barrel laugh the family next door probably heard. It started her day with a smile and that was worth it.

Sunday morning I will surprise with the Cat Pitcher I have. 😎  Digital Camera
